Return & complaints policy

 Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the item from your home to the online shop is at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the trader with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this decrease in the value of the product. So handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@dutchflock.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Return exceptions

Returning the following products is not possible;

a. Products with personalised printing.

b. Products damaged through the fault of the consumer.

c. Products that were not returned complete.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@dutchflock.com. If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via the Stichting WebwinkelKeur foundation at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union's platform.

Warranty

The trader guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations existing on the date the contract was concluded. If agreed, the trader also guarantees that the product is suitable for other than normal use.

A guarantee provided by the trader, manufacturer or importer does not affect the legal rights and claims that the consumer can assert against the trader under the contract.
