The DutchFlock flocking applicator is a manual tool for easily applying flock to any object. This telescopic tube has a grid that ensures the flock fibres are applied in a compact way. Our flocking applicator is perfect for small flock projects where investing in an automatic flocking machine is not an option.

Using the flocking applicator

The DutchFlock flocking applicator is easy to use. The applicator consists of 2 tubes that slide over each other. The outer tube has a grid, from which the flock fibres come out when you use the applicator. Fill the inner tube with flock fibres to about halfway. Then slide the outer tube back over the inner tube. Point the side with the grid towards the object you want to flock. By moving the inner tube back and forth, you shoot the flock fibres onto the object.

Do you want to fill the flocking applicator with a different colour of flock fibres? That's possible! Just make sure to clean the inside of the applicator thoroughly using a vacuum cleaner hose or an antistatic cloth. This prevents fibres of different colours from mixing.
